Day two was another day of excitement. The place was jammed packed, and had a record total of people for the con. The entire day was very shoulder to shoulder, but there were so many more crazy cosplayers for Saturday. There was even a DJ booth were cosplayers gathered and danced around like crazy.
I started a little bit more of my comic book hunt Saturday, but sadly did not get very lucky in my searches. I was looking for the comic Warewolf by Night #32 (First appearance of Moon Knight) for my dad because of a bet we made years ago. The context of the bet was I bet him that the Cubs would not win a world series in the next 5 years (Bet made in 2013)… If I win he owed me Amazing Spider-Man #13 (First Appearance of Mysterio). Since he won though… I owe him Warewolf by Night #32… I wanted to make sure to find him a high enough grade book, so it was a lot of fun going on the hunt for this book. Sadly I only found copies around a 7.0, 8.0 at best… Where I’m looking for a 9.2+, so there goes about 1200$… I’m sure I will acquire this book soon enough hopefully at Wizard World in August!
All around I was shocked that there were not a lot of comic book vendors. This was probably the least I’ve seen at any con. The amounts of artists and little toys and statues at this con was overwhelming. All were incredible but I wish there were many more comic vendors! Hopefully you had a good time at C2E2 if you also had the privilege to go!
