For those of you that have kept up with us for a while now, you know that since Day 1 I have been a big supporter of No Man’s Sky. Despite being one of the most controversial and scrutinized releases in recent memory, Hello Games has continued putting in a tremendous amount of work into the game to get it to the place they want. All of their previous updates (Foundation, Pathfinder, and Atlas Rises) seemed like stepping stones to something bigger, and it seems like the ‘Next’ update is exactly that.
As you will see in the trailer, multiplayer has finally arrived. You will be able to team up with your friends and explore the galaxy together which alone has me stoked to play this game again. What came as a surprise in the trailer was the graphic overhaul that the game has received with the update.
Along with the trailer, Hello Games released a list of all the big changes on their website. This is a massive update for No Man’s Sky and will surely bring in a large audience especially with the Xbox community getting to experience the game for the first time.
