The power house company Microsoft recently announced a new gaming subscription that will be launching sometime in Spring of 2017. The subscription is in ways like the EA Access where you get to play a plethora of games for a monthly fee. The subscription total runs to 9.99$ a month for a grand total of 119.88 a year. The games will range from current titles like Halo Wars 5: Guardians to backwards compatible games like Saint’s Row IV. This may be the best way to get the biggest bang for your buck if your an Xbox One owner and enjoy numerous titles.
Subscribers will be able to purchase the games in a catalog at a discount (20 percent off games, and 10 percent off add-ons) as stated by Mike Fahey on Kotaku
Microsoft is definitely making strides to catch up to Sony on sales on the current gen consoles with moves like this. Tweet us @TheNerdChambers to let us know is Xbox One Game Pass intruiging to you? Is this a good way for Microsoft to make a bigger impact on current gen?
